Mission Talent Recruitment was set up by Peter Keher in response to clients' ongoing demand for ever higher levels of service from Executive Recruitment firms. Peter Keher is the Director of Mission Talent Recruitment. Peter’s expertise covers senior level appointments across the nonprofit and UN sectors. He has worked extensively across four continents - Asia, Australia, North America, and Europe. Presently residing in Germany, he has worked in international education and has had consultancies with international humanitarian organisations such as UNICEF, UNESCO, and UN Volunteers. Prior to leaving Australia in 1995 Peter worked in the field of education and its administration, and sports coaching and management. Over the years he has engaged in volunteer activities. An example is the Royal Life Saving Society in Australia. Peter holds a PhD in Leadership; a MEd in Comparative Religions; and a BA DipEd. Peter has a lifelong commitment to international cooperation. He enjoys meeting people from different parts of the globe. He has been lucky enough to journey to around 55 countries – many of these journeys in association with the UN. Experience living and working in developing countries, has resulted in deep insights of the types of issues faced by the non-profit sector. Peter Keher’s approach to executive recruitment is based on 20 years experience across the nonprofit sector, innovative recruitment strategies, and professionalism.
