Mission Talent Recruitment is a very smart business. The costs to start up and operate a Mission Talent Franchise are surprisingly modest. We look for financial stability, with some investment capital and certain personal characteristics in a franchisee including sales, IT, research, and people skills. While recruitment experience is desirable, it is not a requirement.
