ACCORD’s primary aim is to influence political developments by bringing conflict resolution, dialogue and institutional development to the forefront as an alternative to armed violence and protracted conflict. ACCORD specialises in conflict management, analysis and prevention and intervenes in conflicts through mediation, negotiation, training, and research and conflict analysis. Mission Talent Recruitment has been tasked by ACCORD with providing an exclusive search for the position of the Coordinator: Interventions Department (Peacebuilding)
Tasks & Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager, the Coordinator of the Interventions Department (Peacebuilding) is to lead the coordination and implementation of all initiatives in the Peacebuilding Unit. S/he has to provide support to the Manager of the Interventions Department in meeting the objectives and implementation of the Peacebuilding. The specific tasks are, but are not limited to: 1) Coordinating the operational design and planning for the unit:
