Programmes Officer
About Prospera
Prospera International Network of Women’s and Feminist Funds (INWFF) is a membership network of independent women’s and feminist funds that work to redistribute resources to diverse women’s and feminist movements across the Global South and East.
The network currently brings together 49 member funds giving grants in 173 countries, mobilising over USD 200 million annually. Prospera’s members collaborate to transform philanthropy by shifting power and placing flexible money directly into the hands of activists, organisations, and movements.
Prospera’s Secretariat is a small but mighty global team that embodies feminist values and culture in all its work—internally, within the network, and externally with allies and broader communities.
About the Role
The Programmes Officer plays a pivotal role in strengthening engagement with Prospera’s member funds and ensuring effective programme delivery across two regions. This role combines strategic coordination, political and operational management, and collaborative learning to deepen cross-regional connections and collective action within the network.
Working closely with Regional Focal Points and the Programmes Manager, the Programmes Officer will help deliver pooled initiatives, convenings, and learning spaces while amplifying members’ voices and advancing Prospera’s feminist mission. The role requires someone who can think politically, act collaboratively, and hold both strategy and delivery with care and accountability.
