A Message from Mission Talent

As we wind towards the end of a difficult and unexpected year, we’re reminded to take the long view, that no one is alone, and that we all need each other.

We’ve heard from so many of you how you as leaders are struggling to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19. The crisis has affected you so many ways, as resources are redirected, events are postponed, and you struggle to find meaningful ways to support your staff. We’ve talked to you, and we know that you’ve been doing the best you can.

Above all, responding to this pandemic will take leadership. As Mission Talent, we’re committed to supporting leaders that understand how issues are interconnected, and who are here to stay the course. This year our world may have taken steps back from our goals like achieving equality, gender justice, sustainability and education and healthcare for all. But, we are still here. We’ll continue to work towards these goals and we’ll continue to rely on our global network of solidarity to take us forward.

Thank you to everyone in our network for being part of a movement to make the world a better place. We wish you safe and restful holidays and hope to see you soon, rejuvenated in the new year.
